It’s #NationalInternDay—and there’s a Town Hall for interns
2018-07-26
July 26, 2018, is #NationalInternDay. NASA Internships shared what Nathan Tat described it feels like to get a NASA Internship.
Today, you are invited to hear NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine speak with interns across the agency during a Town Hall in honor of National Intern Day. Interns agencywide will have the opportunity to ask about NASA’s future, the direction of the agency and about the administrator's academic and professional journeys.
The Intern Town Hall will be streamed live from Goddard Space Flight Center in the Teague Auditorium from noon to 1:30 p.m.

“Can you imagine if, with two outs in the ninth inning and down to the final pitch, you crush a baseball for a walk-off grand slam in the World Series? Or perhaps, with seconds remaining, you score the game-winning goal of the World Cup? That was the feeling that I experienced upon receiving the call from NASA!” – Nathan Tat, NASA Johnson Space Center intern
