Weight of the World Series: Encouraging Candid Conversations

The “Weight of the World” series is designed to discuss current events and how they may have an impact on us as we come to work each day. In the past, we have talked about topics such as The Charleston Church Massacre, Divisive Rhetoric, the Flint Water crisis, the deaths of Philando Castile and Alton Sterling, and best practices when Interacting with Law Enforcement Officers. The next event will focus on the current hot topic on the injustice towards George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breona Taylor, and the toxic culture that exists and has spurred unrest in society today.
