Starport’s Healthy Living Expo is July 16

Are you ready to learn, connect and be healthier? Starport is hosting the first-ever Healthy Living Expo on July 16. We will host community vendors and internal partners that will provide information, resources and services to help you improve health and wellness. The goal of this event is to connect and serve our local communities and provide awareness about the services available to help you and your loved ones live healthier, happier, more productive lives.

Participants will be able to access a variety of wellness services and fun offerings, including:

• Free fitness demos
• Wellness talks
• Cooking demos and tasty food samples
• Massages for your tired backs and shoulders
• Youth games and activities
• Local-area vendors include Houston Methodist, SNAP Kitchen, the American Heart Association and many more

As a wellness team, we are committed to helping our community find health and happiness. We encourage you to mark your calendars for Saturday, July 16, and plan to participate in this fun family-friendly event. Together we can build on the vibrant wellness culture that exists at Johnson Space Center.
