The results of the 2023 Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) are in: Every organization at NASA’s Johnson Space Center donated to this great cause, raising a total of $314,677 for their favorite charities. Employees also pledged volunteer hours to make a difference for people in need.

These gifts of time and money will support important causes like helping communities recover from disaster, supporting military families, ensuring education for all, and more.

“Thank you to all the Johnson CFC volunteers and donors for your willingness to Give Happy to charities that rely on the donations to continue to do great and amazing work,” said Ashley White, manager of disability and special emphasis programs within Johnson’s Office of Diversity and Equal Opportunity and one of the center’s CFC leads.

Thanks to the generosity of Johnson team members and other federal employees, the CFC has raised nearly $8.7 billion since its creation in 1961. Each fall, federal civilian, military, and postal employees and retirees pledge funds and volunteer hours to help those in need locally, across the nation, and throughout the world.

CFC participating charities rely on the funding they receive from the CFC each year. This year’s success is a testament to the federal community’s commitment to making the world a better place.
