OneNASA Now Launching Sept. 1: Having Trouble Accessing it?
Originally, the existing Roundup Web (JSC internal home page) was set to decommission on Aug. 4, leaving the new SharePoint intranet, OneNASA, as the only option for employees. However, more important than meeting an arbitrary deadline is that we ensure our contractor partners do not lose access to the resources critical to their work. Given that there are still some having trouble accessing OneNASA, we are delaying Roundup Web’s comprehensive launch until Wednesday, Sept. 1.
The JSC External Relations Office and JSC Office of the Chief Information Officer remain committed to a successful transition and providing continued access to this critical resource for JSC team members.
The instructions below are provided for those who would not be able to access Roundup Web in its new location. Please follow these steps before Sept. 1 so that any potential issues can be identified and addressed.

POTENTIAL ISSUE #1: You Have More Than One Office 365 Account, and You Have Selected the Wrong One.
If you’re having trouble accessing the new Roundup Web intranet, a SharePoint site powered by OneNASA, it may be because you are not signed in to your NDC Office 365 account.
What to do: You will need to sign in to your NDC account at portal.office.com.
Well, how do I know if I have an NDC email … and how do I find my NDC email address?
Go to id.nasa.gov. Under “IT Information > AUID” you will see your AUID. Your NDC email is (your AUID)@ndc.nasa.gov. (Example: If your AUID is jsmith, your NDC email is jsmith@ndc.nasa.gov.)
Accessing Office 365:
You don't need to install any software to use Office 365. Instead, just connect through your web browser. The only applications within Office 365 that give you the option to download a desktop version are: Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive. To download a desktop application, locate the EUSO Software Center on your device and search within.
Accessing via Your Browser:
1. Sign in to your account at portal.office.com
a. You will see one of these three images.
.
b. Simply enter your NASA email and then authenticate like normal.
2. Select the application tile on the Office 365 home page, or in the app launcher
Still not working? It’s OK — there’s an Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) for that. Click to submit a ticket for additional tech support, or call them at 1-877-677-2123.
POTENTIAL ISSUE #2: Your NASA Mailbox Needs to Be Reactivated to Receive an Office 365 license.
How do I know if my mailbox is inactive? Contact ESD to check.
What to do:
1. To access the new Roundup Web, you will need to open a ticket with ESD.
2. Use the following as an email subject, ticket title, or problem description (if calling) - "AGCY0026 - Nomad Exchange Mailbox Missing Microsoft Office 365 License"
Your account will be reactivated and relicensed for Office 365.
POTENTIAL ISSUE #3: You Do Not Have a NASA Mailbox and Need Guest Access.
How do I know if I need guest access? IF you only have a non-nasa.gov email address and you have a NASA PIV badge, then you may need guest access. (If in doubt, contact ESD to check.)
What to do:
1. To get access, go to Temporarily Convert Azure AD Guest to Member.
2. Complete NAMS request using your NASA contact as a sponsor.
3. When the NAMS request is completed, you will need to login using your AUID and select the correct NASA (U.S. Government) affiliation certificate.
***Note: Using this process to access Roundup Web and SharePoint online will disable group chat capability.
A comprehensive Guest Access solution scheduled to be deployed at the end of calendar year 2021 will improve this experience for NASA external partners and collaborators.
Remember, if you continue to experience difficulties accessing Roundup Web in the OneNASA framework, go to ESD portal and click “Submit a Ticket,” or call 1-877-677-2123, option 2.
