Sure, the Astros are heading into their fourth World Series appearance in six years — and they are undefeated in the postseason — but who would turn away some extra good vibes in the universe? Not Space City, that’s for certain.
Team members from the home of human space exploration blanketed the center orange for Astros Spirit Day on Oct. 27 — a day before game 1 of the 2022 Fall Classic. The campus was also flooded in a plethora of blue, Astros jerseys, and other Space City paraphernalia, the excitement palpable as the Johnson team gathered on the steps of Building 1 to take a few spirited photographs to help tip the scales in favor of our hometown team.
