Apollo 50th Anniversary Celebrations

|
April 1, 2019

2019 marks the 50th anniversary of the historic Apollo 11 Moon landing. In celebration of this milestone, NASA has partnered with organizations from across the city to celebrate our accomplishments as we look forward to our next giant leap!

Below you will find link to events that NASA is directly involved with, as well as links to events across the city that NASA is not planning, but is excited to join in the celebration. Employees are encouraged to take part in the wide range of activities that include sporting events, festivals, concerts, social hours, moonlight hikes and even runs!

Make sure to snap photos of yourself at these events and send the pictures to Roundup at rounduptoday@mail.nasa.gov for a chance to be featured in a Roundup Story at the end of the summer!
